We all love the word Free. It brings to mind treats on a hot day, or handouts at the train station. I love when marketing bags are handed out at the train station and I get into the office and open it to find something great. Well this is the treat bag for Microsoft Office.
There is a free online resourse for templates. You can download as many as you like they are all free, there are terms and conditions that you can read. If you need a calendar for Word so you can write holidays and annual leave, check out the category of calendar.
Where is this wonderful place you ask? Http://office.microsoft.com then click on templates in the menu across the top. I was at the gym one day when one of the personal trainers asked me how to set up a purchase order. They were trying to order music for the gym but the supplier of the music wanted a purchase order. If you have never created one, how are you to know where to start. I went straight to office.microsoft.com and found a template for a purchase order. We, ok I added the gyms logo, address then we added all the music and costs. The template even had the calculations so there was a total at the bottom.
So the next time your boss asks you to create a report or print off a calendar, make a budget anything you are not sure where to start, look at office.microsoft.com and see what templates they have.
