We set your site up on free WordPress hosting, so you don’t have to worry about paying monthly hosting fees. If you ever want to upgrade to premium hosting for extra features, we can guide you through that.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
No — we set up your site on free WordPress hosting. If you’d like to upgrade to premium hosting later, we can guide you through it.
What if I don’t know what to write for my website?
No problem! You complete a video interview (that is kept private – never shared). We then draft your website text for you, using AI tools and our editing expertise to make sure it sounds professional and polished.
How long does it take?
Most projects take 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide your information and feedback.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes — all our websites are mobile-friendly and look great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Can I update the site myself after it’s finished?
Yes! That’s the whole point of our package. We’ll train you on how to edit text, swap images, and add updates. You’ll also get training videos you can revisit anytime.
What happens if I get stuck later?
We offer optional ongoing support and update packages. But even if you don’t choose that, you’ll always have your training videos to fall back on.
What is your refund policy?
Our website package is a flat fee, and you’ll always get to review and approve the text before it’s used on your site. Once your website is built and handed over, you’ll have full control to edit and update it yourself. Because of this process, and the time involved in creating and setting up your site, we don’t offer refunds once work has begun.
